MOMMS (Mothers of Major and Minor Seminarians), a prayer group initiated by the mothers of the Diocese of Little Rock seminarians, invites the Catholic people of Arkansas to join in their prayer efforts.

This ministry encourages participants to pick a day of the week to pray for the intentions that each seminarian holds in his heart.  On that specific day, any type of prayer may be offered, such as the Hail Mary, a rosary, the Mass or time spent before the Blessed Sacrament.  These additional sacrifices will be offered for all of their intentions because God knows what every seminarian needs each day.  The Prayer Watch has encouraged a special bond among the mothers of these men who were already praying for their son’s vocation.  This effort can only be more efficacious and successful with the more people who pray.
