As part of our parish Advent tradition, the Giving Tree and Giving Table is a special opportunity to donate food and gifts for the less fortunate in the Little Rock community.  The time commitment will be variable.  Help is needed in the following ways:

»    Provide and set up the tree.

»    Help cut out, label, and place paper ornaments on the tree on a weekly basis;

»    Organize and deliver gifts

»    Serve a meal to the residents of Our House homeless shelter.

»    Love offerings may be made through a special Charity Fund used to support our efforts to help the poor. Checks may be made out to “Christ the King Charity Fund” and placed in the offering baskets or sent to the Church Office.

»   Year-round donations of food and clothing are collected here at CTK on the third weekend of each month. Make a plan for the coming year to include a few extra groceries on your list to help with MOMS Pantry or clean out your closets and share gently-used clothing with those in need.
