Helping Hand provides assistance to the poor and needy of the central Arkansas community. Basic needs such as food, clothing, medical supplies, and limited financial assistance for rent and utilities are available. The goal is to offer hope and encouragement in order to foster self-sufficiency for the poor. Volunteers are needed at Helping Hand to bag food, fold clothes, talk with clients, work in the clothing store, pick up donations from donors, and substitute when needed.
