The parish boundaries are as follows:
North to the Arkansas River; 
East to Reservoir Road, along Rodney Parham Road and
continuing on to its intersection with Markham Street; 
South to Markham Street as it joins Chenal Parkway,
then continuing on to Kanis Road; and
extending West to the Pulaski County Line
